1. How can I get a user’s guide?

We have many user’s guides available in the Customer Service section at 3KOLA web page. To read the guide, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed.

2. How can I get replacement parts and how to make a complaint?

You can order the replacement part or make a complaint calling Customer Service Section at 0048 500 679 273 or e-mail to . In order to handle your order properly please provide the name and the number of the purchased model.

3. How to find a dealer selling products promoted by 3KOLA?

Among the retailers selling our products there are sport shops, Internet shops as well as shops specializing in children’s merchandise. You can use our browser and click Dealers.

4. How to find a retail price of 3WHEEL products?

Retail price of our strollers and trailers depends on the price in the warehouse. We have the Recommended Retail Price, but it is eventually established by the seller. Recommended Retail Price appears with every model shown at the web page.

5. Can I purchase replacement part via Internet?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the replacement parts.

6. What to do if the product that has just been bought is damaged or scrapped?

9. What does the warranty include?

3KOLA warranty assures that all the products will not have material and quality defects for one year period from the date of purchasing. 3KOLA will send replacement parts to particular models regarded as damaged by our Customer Service Section free of charge for maximum one year time. BE AWARE: parts getting worn out such as tires or tubes do not come under the warranty. More details concerning warranty restrictions can be found in the user’s guide.

10. What are the sizes of the strollers?

The sizes of the strollers being set up and assembled differ according to the kind of model. Details can be found with the dealer or at our webpage www.3kola.pl, ().

11. Are InStep products tested as regards safety?

Yes. We are proud of being a member of JPMA organization; our strollers are tested in an independent laboratory following ASTM standards.

12. What is the age that you recommend for 3KOLA products?

We recommend to use joggers at six years old. The trailers should not be used until 12 month of life. Children should be able to bear the weight of their head.

13. The front wheel of my stroller is turning one way. What to do?

This problem is explained in the user’s guide. If the front wheel is turning left, loosen the release mechanism and set the wheel more to the right side, then tighten up the mechanism. If this doesn’t help please call our Customer Service Section and talk with the agent.

14. How to clean the material on 3WHEEL product?

If a light cleaning is required use a soft cloth, hot water and delicate soap. Air out until drying. Do not put it into the washing machine! Do not bleach! Using any other method that is not provided here deprives of the right to warranty.

15. My 3KOLA product arrived damaged. What to do?

If your product was delivered damaged and the packaging clearly shows damages contact the dealer and report to them about the damages.

16. How wide are 3KOLA strollers?

Our single strollers are 60 centimeters wide. The double ones – 82 centimeters, which fits to the standard doors.

17. How big my baby can be to sit in the 3WHEEL jogger?

The height of the child using our joggers cannot exceed 1 meter.

18. How high are 3KOLA joggers?

The standard height of the strollers is from 99 cm to 104 cm.

19. What is the limit of baby’s weight?

Weight limit changes according to the type of model, however, generally it is 25 kilograms (the single one) and 50 kilograms (the double one).
