Greet spring following our five rules
The spring is coming so it is worth thinking how you will look in a bikini or a filmy dress in the summer. We present a few simple ways which you can find helpful in losing needles kilograms and feeling well.
1. Stand up and start moving!
Remember that even small exercises are better that idleness. Try to use each moment for doing exercises. Believe it or not but walking with your baby who is comfortably sitting in the stroller can be a source of great fun and a way to lose needles kilograms.
2. Watch your waistline!
Introduce grainy bread, macaroni, kasha to your menu. Eat vegetables at least twice a day. Try to avoid salt, sugar and fat rich products. Watch the portions of your meals. Remember to eat in smaller portions but more often. It is recommended to eat five times a day.
3. Remember about water!
Avoid one of the most common mistakes. Very often it seems that we are hungry, but in fact we are just thirsty. Drink a glass of water before your meal. This way you will be sure if you are hungry or you were just thirsty. Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
It is a widespread rule, though a lot of women do not drink enough water. The state of dehydration is confused with hunger.
4. Aim to do particular things!
Be precise in setting the goals that you want to achieve. At the same time be realistic. Instead of saying „I want to lose weight” set the goal of losing 1 kilo in 2 weeks time, for example. When you specify your goals precisely, it will be easier to measure your success then.
5. Arrange some backup!
Ask your friends, husband/partner to support you or to do the exercises together with you. If you make a group, you will be able to motivate each other. You will not be alone in the fight for returning to a good form. Additionally, you will be able to derive emotional benefits from the support that you receive, whereas the bonds of friendship will be tightened.
